STILL NO RESPONSE 3 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE

Today is 6/11. Over a week after my first review and a full 3 weeks from date of purchase and these a55holes still haven't responded. I ordered a 5x mirror and was sent a 10x mirror. There is a huge difference! You all SUCK!

NO RESPONSE FROM THEM REGARDING INCORRECT ORDER FULFILLMENT

Ordered a 5x mirror on 5/21 and received a 10x mirror. Sent an email to notify them of the mistake to the only email address they provide per the return instructions on their site. Also tried calling but never answered. Today is 6/1. So, just over a week with no response.
