I found this mirror on line and am pleased since my previous mirrors switch broke and it was from Brookstone and cannot be found anymore. So this is the same mirror because I didn’t want a battery operated one or a technology one that needs to be charged. The plug in works best for me.
This is a great mirror and it's easily a $120-$150 mirror at department stores and on Amazon! I've been comparison shopping for a couple of weeks and this is the best mirror that hangs on the wall to save space on countertop, that is 10x and it's a daylight LED glow from dim to bright! This is a great buy! I'm surprised it actually speeds up my time getting ready in the mornings!

Wife wanted a wall mount mirror. I didn�t want batteries to replace all the time. We settled on this and it was a great surprise. Great lighting - easy to adjust brightness up and down. From out of the box to walking away an installation superstar was about 15-minutes. I used my own screws and anchors though - the provided screws and anchors were - let�s say �not substantial for the need and environment.� Im a big DIY person, I have lots of this stuff laying around, for a reason, most of the provided hardware is junk. Anyway - the transformer power supply is perfect. It works great and �she� loves it - what more does a guy need than a happy woman???

I purchased this because I needed a lighted mirror that plugged into an outlet and is brushed/satin nickel (in order to match our bathroom hardware.) I also needed to keep the price down, as close to $50 as possible. Most mirrors chrome finish or over $100. For the price point it is a 3.5 to 4-star product. Not too bad to install, although it is a little jiggly (not totally secure to wall.) Its appearance after installed is excellent, does not look cheap. The light inside is basically worthless until you turn it all the way up to high; on high it is bright enough, so it works. My least favorite thing about this mirror is that the instructions tell you to unplug it when not in use. Annoying. One time I forgot and left it plugged in all day, and when I felt the plastic plug-in part stuck into the outlet it was quite warm.
