The unit works quietly and very easy to use. I like that we are instructed to use only essential oils and to stay away from the artificial fragrance oils. The unit works with aromatherapy and chromotherapy (color therapy). I can concoct my own blends and use the color most associated with the oil blend to create a more harmonious atmosphere. The unit will turn itself off if the liquid level gets too low. It is easy to clean with a Q-Tip and alcohol. Then let dry completely before using again. Highly recommended.
